So once again I needed to have my heater checked. Greg came out, listened to the problem, crawled up into my tiny attic where the heater lives and did some testing. After swapping out my thermostat, he concluded my circuit board needed to be replaced. Not a surprise for a 20-year old unit. Greg gave me some options and we decided to replace the unit. His price was reasonable and the unit was installed the next day. It's great to have heat when it gets down to the low 40s at night! I recommend Greg and his team. They are knowledgeable, prompt, and reasonable.

Our three-year old AC quit working and Greg found the problem fast!  He even managed to get the part under full warranty when I was told no warranty.  I especially appreciate the fact that Greg answers his phone so no need to wait for a call-back.  And he followed up fast with no waiting once the part came in.  His knowledge of AC units amazes me compared to other service repair technicians I have dealt with in the past.  I would consider no other as he is the best!

I contacted Greg last month (through his contact form on his website - best way to get in touch with him). It was during a heatwave and I didn't expect to hear from him for a few days knowing these guys obviously get busy at this time. To my surprise, he called me that night and set up an appointment the next day. He's very knowledgeable and offers multiple solutions to a problem based on your budget and the situation. I had an old unit and it was leaking freon. He could of added more freon but I would have wasted money. He had a source for a new ac unit only. I opted for that and he came back and installed it the following week. The price was more than reasonable. The installation was perfect and clean. He takes extra time to make sure it doesn't look like crap. My house cools down so fast now and the unit is 100 times quieter than the old unit. I have pictures to post of the unit and his work.

Greg is an honest man who is rare to find these days. I am so grateful for yelp reviewers. As everyone describes, he came on time, showed me where the problem lies by showing me step-by-step check ups, and simply fixed it without up-selling. I called these folks to see if they would come and analyze a control problem on our A/C unit with a Honeywell control thermostat. They came early due to a schedule change and were extremely professional and found the problem literally "in a flash".  A different electrician had been working on the wiring for a newly installed Jacuzzi bath tub, and must have triggered a circuit breaker that sent a power surge into the forced air unit and blew a fuse on the furnace control board. Fuse replaced problem solved.  I highly recommend this company for all our heating and A/C needs, personable, professional and honest.

Greg is awesome. He's the most honest technician I've ever come across. Our upstairs AC unit wasn't blowing cold air so we called Greg. He arrived earlier than our scheduled time. When he inspected our unit, he found that our electrical wiring was worn. He recommended an electrician who fixed the issue the very same day. Greg also told us about the right filters to buy and did not try up up sell the quarterly maintenance. In fact, he recommended against that and told us to just change the filters every six months. He is so honest and straight up. I usually never write reviews unless the service is bad, but Greg definitely deserves the highest praise. Thanks Greg. We will definitely call on you next time.
